This blog is a collect of things, destinations, and people that are inspiring. We're in an economic crisis and the world is caught up in a whirl of pandemonium. I talked to a lady in Stockholm a few years ago that told me her grandfather’s fedora not only brought an old world flavor to her outfits but symbolized her grandpa's fortitude. He lived through the depression and subsequently came out of that experience a better, stronger, and even more dapper man. Welcome to Grandpa's Vintage Fedora!

Marc Jacobs Rat Keychain
Purchased a few of these at a Marc Jacobs store in L.A. at the beginning of the year.
They were super cheap but add great visual interest to your wad of keys!
Available for purchase at Neiman Marcus.com or Nordstrom.com

L'Occitane Almond Shower Oil
This is a great product. It has a light sweet almond fragrance and cleanses gently. It also makes an excellent (but expensive) facial shaving oil. I use this with the skin oil to make the fragrance last longer. Available at any Sephora or L'Occitane store for about $25.00.

Paul Smith Cufflinks
Just bought these amazing Paul Smith Cufflinks in Beijing a couple weeks ago. I don't ever wear cufflinks but I think it's a good idea to have for any guy out there who is looking to have a kick-ass wardrobe. They're very well crafted, and emblazoned with the Paul Smith stripes that will peek out from beneath a suit or blazer.
Saks sells them:
